Acceptance of Terms

Before you start using manofestum.com you are required to read, understand and agree to these Terms of Use (Terms). By accessing manofestum.com (Site) viewing any content or using any services available, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms, which together with our Privacy Policy, governs our relationship with you.
You may only access to the Site after reading and accepting these Terms.

Description of MANOfestum

Manofestum.com is a directory website.
We collect online and in-person arts&crafts courses, workshops and classes. The listings you can see on the Site are placed or by us or the artists, artisans whom own that certain service or product.
MANOfestum IS NOT A SHOP!
We do not sell any of the listed items, we only give information about them!
Clicking on the buttons ‘TAKE THE COURSE’ or ‘VISIT SHOP’ you’ll be navigated to that certain artist / artisan / shop and you’ll be dealing with them.

Access the Site

Your access to and use of the Site may be interrupted from time to time as a result of equipment malfunction, updating, maintenance or repair of the Site or any other reason within or outside the control of MANOfestum. We reserves the right to suspend or discontinue the availability of the Site and/or any Service and/or remove any Content at any time at its sole discretion and without prior notice.

Registration

You may need to create an account with MANOfestum  in order to use some of our Services. For that purpose, you will be required to select a password and username, and to provide registration information. The registration information you provide must be accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.
You may not use as a user name the name of another person or entity or that is not lawfully available for use, a name or a trademark that is subject to any rights of another person or entity other than you without appropriate authorization, or a name that in a manner misleads the readers into thinking that you are another person or company, or a name that is otherwise offensive, vulgar or obscene.
It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials secure and you are solely responsible for all activities that occur via your account. You must immediately notify MANOfestum of any unauthorized uses of your account or any other breaches of security. MANOfestum will not be liable for any acts or omissions by you, including any damages of any kind incurred as a result of such acts or omissions.
If you are using our Services on behalf of a business, that business accepts these terms. You must be a human to open an account. Accounts registered by “bots” or other automated methods are not permitted and will be deleted without any notice!

User Conduct

If you operate an account, comment on a forum or project, post material on the Site, post links on the Site, or otherwise make (or allow any third party to make) material available by means of the Site, you are entirely responsible for the content of, and any harm resulting from, that Content. That is the case regardless of the type of Content (e.g., images, video, sound, links, etc.).
MANOfestum does not control user submitted content and, as such, we do not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of such Content. You understand that by using this Site you may be exposed to Content that is offensive, indecent or objectionable.
As a condition of use, you are agree not to use the Services for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms, or any other purpose not reasonably intended by MANOfestum. As an example, an not as a limitation, you agree not to use the Services:

1. To abuse, harass, threaten, impersonate or intimidate any person.
2. To post or transmit, or cause to be posted or transmitted, any Content that is libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, abusive, offensive, profane, or that infringes any copyright or other right of any person.
3. For any purpose (including posting or viewing Content) that is not permitted under the laws of the jurisdiction where you use the Services.
4. To post or transmit, or cause to be posted or transmitted, any communication or solicitation designed or intended to obtain password, account, or private information from any MANOfestum user.
5. To create or transmit unwanted ‘spam’ to any person or any URL.
6. To create multiple accounts for the purpose of liking (i.e., giving ‘like’ votes) for or against user’s projects.
7. To post copyrighted Content which does not belong to you!

MANOfestum reserves the right to ban any member from using the Services for any reason. MANOfestum reserves the right to remove any Content (including, but not limited to, projects, comments, messages, avatars, etc.) for any reason whatsoever.
Without limiting any of those representations or warranties,MANOfestum has the right (though not the obligation) to, in MANOfestum’s sole discretion  refuse or remove any Content that, in MANOfestum’s reasonable opinion, violates the Terms or is in any way harmful or objectionable, or  terminate or deny access to the Site to any individual or entity for any reason, in MANOfestum’s sole discretion.
You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users of the Site. MANOfestum reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor disputes between you and your other users.

Content Submitted or Made Available for Inclusion on the Site

You retain all rights and ownership of your Content. MANOfestum does not claim any ownership rights in your Content.
Nonetheless, when you upload or submit Content to our Site, you grant MANOfestum  a worldwide, non exclusive license to communicate, distribute, host, make modifications or derivative works (solely for the purpose of better showcase your work), publicly display, publicly perform, publish, and use such Content. The license granted by you is for the only purposes of operating, marketing, promoting, and improving our Services. We will attribute to you if we incorporate your Content into a MANOfestum feature or into promotional or marketing materials.
In addition, by submitting your Content you grant other MANOfestum users and visitors the right to share your Content via social media platforms integrated with MANOfestum.
You may terminate this license at any time by removing your Content form the Services. If you delete Content, MANOfestum will use reasonable efforts to remove it from the Site, but you acknowledge that caching or references to the Content may to be immediately unavailable.

Responsibility of Site Visitors

MANOfestum has not reviewed, and cannot review, all of the material posted to the Site, and cannot therefore be responsible for that materials content, use or effects. By operating the Site, MANOfestum does not represent or imply that it endorses the material there posted, or that it believes such material to be accurate, useful or non-harmful.
You are responsible for taking precautions as necessary to protect yourself and your computer systems from viruses, worms, Trojan horses, and other harmful or destructive content.
The Site may contain content that is offensive, indecent, or otherwise objectionable, as well as content containing technical inaccuracies, typographical mistakes, and other errors. The site may also contain material that violates the privacy or publicity rights, or infringes the intellectual property and other proprietary rights, of third parties, or the downloading, copying or use of which is subject to additional terms and conditions, stated or unstated. MANOfestum disclaims any responsibility for any harm resulting from the use by visitors of the Site, or form any downloading by those visitors of Content there posted.
You agree that if you come across Content that you may find offensive or upsetting that meets the Terms requirements, your sole remedy is to simply stop viewing the Content that bothers you.

Copyright Complains

If you believe the Site is hosting Content that infringes your copyright, please let us know by sending an email that contains ALL of the following:
A description of the copyrighted work(s) you believe are infringed.
The exact location (URL) where the infringing material resides on the Site.
A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material identified in your notice in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
After removing access to the material pursuant to a valid copyright notice, MANOfestum will immediately notify the user responsible for the allegedly infringing material that it has removed or disabled access to the material.
MANOfestum reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to immediately terminate the account of any member who is the subject of repeated copyright notifications.

Termination

MANOfestum may terminate your access to all or any part of the Site at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately.
You can stop using our Services at any time. You may delete your account by by sending as an email to: [email protected], saying: “I would like to delete my  MANOfestum account”. When we delete your account, we will delete your profile and all related data including your listings, favorites and comments.
