The sessions are wonderful for sparking new approaches, angles & possibilities for all kinds of things in our lives, too.
They’re full of self-compassion and also more ‘right-brain’ (intuitive, creative, free) approaches to all sorts of art and life situations 🙂
The sessions have resulted in the most absolutely beautiful artworks from attendees
and have helped with their more ‘traditional’ art approaches too, developing flow, trying new colours, shapes, forms, approaches
and feeling more confident, playful and experimental in general.
I know this has absolutely been the case for me in my own more ‘traditional’ art approaches in watercolour, oils, drawings and sketches…
These creative sessions sit so wonderfully alongside our other art practices …and become interwoven… 🙂
